Cultural

Tamariki participate in a range of cultural activities within school and our local environment such as Tuwharetoa Festival. We incorporate Tuwharetoa cultural progressions and Rongohia Te Hau in our teaching and learning. Teachers and students are dedicated to teaching and learning Te Reo Maori and the NZ histories.
Weekly, we have Matua Grant come into kura to teach our tamariki waiata. He is a big part of being able to attend the Tuwharetoa Festival.
